Raphael Warjri

In observance of World Press Freedom Day, the Shillong Press Club, in collaboration with the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Government of Meghalaya, hosted a special presentation by Tridip K Mandal—an award-winning journalist and documentary filmmaker. Mandal, known for his work with major Indian media houses and international platforms, has received multiple accolades including the RedInk and Ramnath Goenka Awards. Currently a consultant with Voice of America and RT India, he was recently named a 2024–25 Chevening Fellow by the UK government, recognizing his contributions to media and storytelling.
