Public Opinion Meeting for Liquor Licence at Pommura
Shillong, July 4, 2025: The Assistant Commissioner of Excise, East Khasi Hills District has informed that the Dorbar Shnong Pommura under the Khyrim Syiemship, East Khasi Hills District, in its Executive Committee meeting held on 30th June, 2025 has resolved to convene a Local Public Opinion Meeting in connection with applications received for the Grant of Licenses for the Retail Sale of Foreign Liquor for Consumption “Off” the Premises (Wine Stores).
The meeting is scheduled to be held on 21st July, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pommura Dorbar Hall.
This notice is intended for the residents of Pommura Village falling under the jurisdiction of the Dorbar Shnong Pommura and other concerned stakeholders. All are requested to approach the Dorbar office for further details and are encouraged to attend the meeting with a request to kindly bring along their respective Elector’s Photo Identity Card (PIC) for verification purposes.
